Dennis R. is an established sign supplier with almost 30 years experience . He remains very involved with each project that comes through our facility and sees to it that jobs are properly reviewed, inspected, and done to our standard. He began his entrepreneurial journey in 1997, building on a strong foundation developed through several summers of hands-on experience with an electrical contractor. That early exposure to the trade gave him the technical knowledge, work ethic, and confidence to start his own business.
In 1999, he entered the sign industry, beginning with real estate signs, banners, and vinyl graphics. Over time, the business expanded into electrical signage, creating the opportunity to merge technical electrical expertise with innovative branding solutions.
Throughout this journey, he has been fortunate to build and lead a talented team of dedicated professionals. Their skill, commitment, and shared focus on excellence have played a vital role in our continued growth. Today, our company proudly serves clients across the East Coast from two locations, delivering quality products, dependable service, and long-term partnerships.

Dennis O. began his career as a union laborer with LIUNA Local 81 in Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland. He is a graduate of Purdue University and has advanced from the field to executive leadership, overseeing a $1.4B diversified portfolio spanning healthcare, multi-family, religious, commercial, and federal construction projects. Over the course of his career, he has served as Project Manager, Project Executive, and Vice President, earning a reputation as a strategic, forward-thinking leader who brings a collaborative, hands-on approach to complex challenges. As Managing Partner of All Brite Sign Services, he also oversees core business operations including administration, CRM management, estimating, sales and marketing, staffing support, contract administration, and invoicing, with a strong focus on growth, client retention, cash flow, and operational efficiency.

Her foundation in Human Resources enables her to approach leadership with a stronger focus on employee engagement, collaboration, and team development. Jessie is committed to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and building effective processes that support long-term business success. She brings a thoughtful, results-oriented approach to leadership and is passionate about fostering practices that promote accountability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
